Program rules
- Points are earned on eligible merchandise only — taxes, shipping, gift cards, and refunded amounts are excluded.
- Points are awarded after your order is fulfilled and reversed on returns.
- Redeem in increments of 100 points (minimum 100 points = $5).
- Maximum redemption of $20 per order. Points have no cash value.
- Gold stays active while you meet the $300 rolling 12-month spending threshold.
- Loyalty discounts can't be combined with other promotions unless stated.
